There are many approaches to selling a home, but it all boils down to three main components - condition, location, and listing price. We will go over each of these in detail during our initial consultation!

Meet up for a home tour

Once we've connected and you have filled out the seller questionnaire, we'll set up a time for me to come and tour your home!

I'll take some measurements, walk through each room (don't worry if it's not perfectly tidy!), and we'll sit down for an overview of the selling process.

Review custom marketing plan

I will equip you with a list, room by room, of tweaks that will most benefit the sale of your home. I'm happy to share DIY tips and tricks, as well as my favorite local vendors in order to get the most value out of your house.

I'll organize and facilitate professional photos and make sure every last detail is buttoned up so we are show ready!

Hit the market with confidence

This is when your hard work and preparation pays off! Your home will go "live" on the MLS and showings will begin.

Known for my attention to detail and communication skills, you can always expect me to be upfront and straightforward with you. I'll keep tabs on all showings and will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process.

Since we'll have covered each step during our initial meeting, you'll know what to expect from this point on. Once we've determined a winning offer, I will guide you through the paperwork, negotiations, and closing items.
