First Three Steps to Buying a Home

Buying a home can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! Whether this is your first home purchase, or your third, it is important to set yourself up for success. Read on to learn the most crucial steps to tackle before your home search begins!

STEP ONE

Connect with a Realtor you trust.

Your choice in Realtor will make or break your experience when pursuing your first or next home. It's SO important that you find someone you trust. Please send any and all questions my way! You can reach me by text, DM, or email.

If you'd prefer chatting on the phone, you've got it!

STEP TWO

Work with a local lender to determine your budget.

We want to make sure we're searching in a comfortable price range. A lender will show you what you qualify for, and what those monthly payments would look like for a variety of price points.

I'm happy to share my recommendations of top-notch, reputable, and communicative lenders!

STEP THREE

Craft a list of your needs, wants, and dealbreakers

It is important to take time upfront to establish your future home criteria. Once we are inside homes and seeing what is available, your parameters may shift, and that's okay! However, it is important to at least have a solid idea before we begin.

I have a simple, user-friendly tool to help you get started!
